Quality assurance and control at Bunch Projects is a corporate priority. Through the Bunch Quality Control Manual, which has been approved by Alberta Boiler's Safety Association and the Canadian Welding Bureau, our clients are assured that their product is fabricated or repaired in compliance with the proper code, the clients' specifications, and the engineered drawings. Welding control systems are used for controlling welding procedures, welding operations, and welder performance to ensure compliance with all applicable codes and specifications. |
| Controls are also in place for the calibration of measuring and test equipment. Records are maintained on an equipment calibration log. As-built drawings, complete with dimensions are provided to each client after the completion of a project. | |
Drafting Detailed and accurate as-built isometric drawings, complete with dimensions for future references, assist project managers with their post mortem of the project and for re-visiting the project to ensure compliance with original design.. |
